Our top down approach allows for a low cost mass manufacturing system that can produce nanomaterials on a tonnage scale basis to provide nanomaterials at a cost that would otherwise make the use of such advanced materials cost prohibitive.

Welcome to the future of nanoscale manufacturing

Mechanosynthesis is the chemical synthesis of a selected material controlled by mechanical systems operating with atomic precision wherein  the selected material and the mechanical systems come together in planned sequences, positions, and orientations such as to allow for direct positional selection of reaction sites of the selected material and the application of energy resulting in the desired reactions such as breaking and making bonding structures of said selected material.

Graphene Sheet material can be manipulated with a high level of control at the nanoscale using positional controls with angstom level of precision allowing for nanoscale manipulations that use nanoimprinting rollers to precisely sheer the graphene into strips that are joined together in a "zipper-like" bond rearangement that is very efficient due to the  unusually low activation barrier associated with our Mechanosynthesis processes.
